Meet the Team
Kary Raddant – CEO/Owner
Kary is based out of Skaneateles, NY and is responsible for the overall financial management and strategic decision making for all aspects of the business, including overseeing the sales and recruiting direction. Her duties include overseeing and approving A/R, A/P, payroll, invoicing and compliance along with acquiring and managing our banking credit facilities.
Ian Raddant – President – Sales & Management
Ian is based out of Skaneateles, NY and brings over 20 years of experience building and managing high-performance staffing teams. Ian has successfully established and managed multiple recruiting offices throughout the U.S. to include Dallas, Philadelphia, Boston, Washington/Baltimore and Central NY. He is responsible for managing sales and recruiting across the U.S. Ian has a passion for the telecommunications and network infrastructure staffing industry.
Cindy Vilkauskas – Resource Manager
Cindy is based in King of Prussia, PA and has been with the company since June 2013. She has 20+ years of experience in the staffing industry. Cindy manages everything from human resources, onboarding, contractor care, contracts, billing and payroll. She assists in developing policies and procedures involving office support. Cindy also records and maintains all of our company documents, reports and other records. Cindy graduated from Shippensburg University of PA with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Gerontology with a Minor in Psychology. Then, she went onto get her Master’s degree in Psychology specializing in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from University of the Rockies, Colorado.
Connie Gomez – Office/Billing Support
Connie is based out of Philadelphia, PA and is involved in all aspects of back office and billing support. She has 10+ years administrative, financial and HR support. Connie has a strong attention to detail and manages client invoicing and assists with the payroll process. Connie graduated with an Associate’s degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from The Boyd School.
Steve Hillman – Sales Account Director
Steve is based in King of Prussia, PA and has been with the company since September 2009. Steve has 20+ years in the telecommunications and staffing industries. He has a background in business development and managing relationships and is responsible for new business development and account management in the Northeast region. Steve graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Engineering.
Kara Reiter – Vice President of Sales, Telco and IT Consulting Services, West Coast
Kara is based in Northern, CA area and is responsible for West Coast sales. Kara has staffed thousands of consultants on projects throughout the U.S. and is well known for her passion and energy
April Gonzalez – Business Development Manager, Central Region
April is based in Dallas, TX and has been with the company since November 2020. She has been in the staffing industry for 5+ years and is experienced in recruiting and business development. April is responsible for new business development and account management for the Central region. She focuses on building and nurturing relationships with clients along with offering a consultative approach.
Chris Cooper – Senior Recruiter
Chris is based in King of Prussia, PA and has been with the company since July 2013. He has 15+ years of recruiting experience in the telecommunication and IT industries. Chris is responsible for managing candidate relationships throughout the full cycle recruiting process. Chris graduated from Cabrini University with a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management
Emma Roberts – Senior Recruiter
Emma is based in San Diego, CA and has been with the company since 2018. She leads our recruiting team and she manages the new staff training process. Emma specializes in building lasting relationships with candidates and has been recruiting in the telecommunications industry for 10+ years. She has a large network on the West Coast but recruits nationwide. Emma has years of proven success with building and managing candidate relationships, matching candidates to their ideal jobs and acting as a point of contact through the hiring process. Emma graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
Chris Vernak – Recruiter
Chris is based out of Skaneateles, NY and has been with the company since January 2019. Prior to telecom and recruiting, Chris owned and operated a store/restaurant for 10+ years which lead him to understand the important of managing relationships and having a team atmosphere. Chris recruits nationally and has a knack for building and maintain long-lasting candidate relationships. Chris graduated from Ramapo College of NJ with an education in Environmental Studies
Shannon Eagle – Recruiter
Shannon is based in Southern CA and has 5 years of recruiting experience. Her specialty is candidate relationships and engagement to ensure client and company success. Her motto is the candidate needs always come first and she strives to educate and grow their future career path in the Telecom industry. Outside of Shannon’s recruiting career she spends her time with her animals, snowboarding, volleyball, and traveling
Megan Gover – Recruiter
Megan is based out of King of Prussia, PA and has been with the company since March 2021. She came from the Sales and Hospitality industries where she gained her experience in building relationships, Human Resources and customer service. Megan graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Park & Tourism Management.
Josh Massoni – Recruiter
Josh is based out of Albuquerque, NM and has been with the company since August 2021. Before TekCom, he recruited in the manufacturing and aviation industries for 3+ years. He was responsible for the full cycle recruiting process for his clients in Wichita, where he also assisted with business development and office administration. Josh graduated from the University of KS with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Government.
Ashlee Stoeppler – Senior Recruiter & Marketing Manager
Ashlee is based out of Nashville, TN and has been with the company since March 2022. She has 6+ years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry with proven success in sourcing qualified, telecom professionals and presenting rock star candidates. Ashlee has a track record of creating strategic methods for finding the best talent in the telecom industry. She has been in telecom for the past six years and has experience recruiting Outside Plant and Wireless professionals nationwide. Ashlee also has a social media and marketing background.
Kenny Hewes – Recruiter
Kenny is based out of Nashville, TN and has been with the company since April 2022. He has a recruiting and sales background along with a year of recruiting for Wireless, DC Power and OSP nationwide. Before recruiting, Kenny worked as a Freight Broker for several years matching Truck Drivers to Freight Shippers and completed the full cycle of recruiting for both the shipper and the driver.
