About Us
TekCom began in September 2005 with Kary Raddant as the CEO and Ian Raddant as the President. Established with headquarters in Skaneateles, NY and strategically positioned satellite offices nationwide, TekCom’s presence can cover staffing needs from coast-to-coast!
Ian has been in the telecom recruiting industry for 25+ years. In 2005 when he and his wife, Kary decided to start TekCom Resources, they decided to put some fun back into the telecom recruiting industry and move away from a purely transactional business model to add value to clients, candidates and colleagues.
With a firm foundation rooted in the telecom industry, we utilize our deep telecom industry knowledge combined with a solid understanding of our client and candidate needs to provide a fair, transparent and diverse recruiting process. We believe that our specialized niche is a key differentiator and that it is a good business practice to do the right thing every time.
