Ian Raddant
President
Ian is based out of our HQ in Skaneateles, NY and brings over 20 years of experience building and managing high-performance staffing teams. He has successfully established and managed multiple recruiting offices throughout the U.S. Ian has a passion for the telecommunications and network infrastructure staffing industry.
As the President of TekCom, Ian leads a national team of Telecom Recruiters and Account Directors who provide quality consultants and full-time employees to the telecom infrastructure industry. He and his wife started with a simple mission in mind: To provide world-class talent to the wireline and wireless community by partnering and offering value-added staffing solutions. Ian says, “It’s alarming how many staffing agencies are transactional. They don’t take the time to truly understand what a candidate is looking for in their next role and why they would be a good fit for a job. We’re trying to fix that.”
With over 30 years of experience in the telecom recruiting field and based on the “Why” philosophy, he has built and developed powerful sales and recruiting teams across the US. Ian and his wife Kary live in the Finger Lakes Region of NY with their three adult children and their dog, Fin. Our HQ office has a beautiful view of the lake right outside the front door.

Kara Reiter
Vice President of National Accounts – West
Kara is based in Phoenix, AZ area and has been with the company since September 2017. She is responsible for West Coast sales and account management. Kara has staffed thousands of consultants on projects throughout the U.S. for the past 20+ years and has developed a reputation for her passion, energy, and consultative approach to sales and account management. Kara is responsible for overseeing West Coast sales and ensuring that our clients in this region receive the highest level of service and support.
She has a track record of staffing thousands of consultants on projects across the United States. Her ability to understand client needs and match them with the right talent has been a key factor in building strong, long-term relationships. Kara’s consultative approach means she doesn’t just offer solutions, she is committed to understanding the specific needs of each client and providing tailored solutions that drive their success. She is known for going above and beyond to ensure that every project is staffed with the best possible consultants, ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.

Steve Hillman
Vice President of National Accounts – East
Steve is based in King of Prussia, PA and has been with the company since September 2009. Steve has 20+ years in the telecommunications and staffing industries. He’d had a successful career in business development and managing relationships that spans three decades. He currently supports new business development and handles account management in the Northern region for both our telecom and modular clients. Steve graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Engineering.
Steve’s favorite social activities include sporting events, especially the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles. He also enjoys running, and has started participating in 5K’s. He’s also a foodie that enjoys trying new restaurants with his family and friends.

Josh Massoni
Regional Director – Central
Josh is based out of Columbus, OH and has been with the company since August 2021. Before TekCom, he recruited in the manufacturing and aviation industries for 3+ years. Recognizing his talent and dedication, Josh transitioned from a Recruiter into the account management side and now serves as our Regional Director over the Central Region. In this role, Josh oversees key accounts, ensuring that client needs are met with precision and care. His comprehensive understanding of both recruitment and account management allows him to bridge the gap between talent acquisition and client satisfaction. Josh says, “Our business doesn’t exist without the talented candidates our recruiters find on a daily basis, in an incredibly competitive industry no less.”
He graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Government. His academic background provided him with critical thinking skills and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, which he applies effectively in his current role. Josh is a first time dad and enjoys spending time with his family outside of work.
