Kary is based out of Skaneateles, NY and is responsible for the overall financial management and strategic decision making for all aspects of the business, including overseeing the sales and recruiting direction. Her duties include overseeing and approving A/R, A/P, payroll, invoicing and compliance along with acquiring and managing our banking credit facilities.

Kara is based in Phoenix, AZ area and has been with the company since September 2017. She is responsible for West Coast sales and account management. Kara has staffed thousands of consultants on projects throughout the U.S. and is well known for her passion, energy and consultative approach.
Steve is based in King of Prussia, PA and has been with the company since September 2009. Steve has 20+ years in the telecommunications and staffing industries. He has a background in business development and managing relationships and is responsible for new business development and account management in the Northeast region. Steve graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Engineering.
Mark is based out of Atlanta, GA and has been with the company since October 2024. He has 20+ years of experience in the staffing industry. His core competencies lie in driving sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships. Mark graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
Emma is based in San Diego, CA and has been with the company since 2018. She leads our recruiting team and she manages the new staff training process. Emma specializes in building lasting relationships with candidates and has been recruiting in the telecommunications industry for 10+ years. She has a large network on the West Coast but recruits nationwide. Emma has years of proven success with building and managing candidate relationships, matching candidates to their ideal jobs and acting as a point of contact through the hiring process. Emma graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
Jackie is based out of San Diego, CA and has been with the company since April 2021. She has 20+ years of recruiting experience in the telecommunications industry and other technical skill sets. Jackie has experience with full cycle recruiting and focuses on building and maintaining positive candidate relationships. She is a native San Diegan and graduated from National University with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
Robin is based out of Biloxi, MS and has been with the company since April 2023. She has 15+ years of recruiting experience and 6 years in telecom recruiting. Prior to telecom, she recruited technical roles working with engineering firms and other industries nationally and internationally. She also has experience in business development for staffing firms. Although her specialty is OSP engineering, she also supports our fiber broadband projects nationwide. Robin graduated from William Carey University with a Master of Business Administration.
Chris is based in King of Prussia, PA and has been with the company since July 2013. He has 15+ years of recruiting experience in the telecommunication and IT industries. Chris is responsible for managing candidate relationships throughout the full cycle recruiting process. Chris graduated from Cabrini University with a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management
Shannon is based in Southern CA and has been with the company since November 2019. She has five years of recruiting experience. Her specialty is candidate relationships and engagement to ensure client and company success. Shannon always puts the candidate needs first and strives to educate and grow their future career path in the telecom industry. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health.
Chris is based out of Skaneateles, NY and has been with the company since January 2019. Prior to telecom and recruiting, Chris owned and operated a store/restaurant for 10+ years which lead him to understand the important of managing relationships and having a team atmosphere. Chris recruits nationally and has a knack for building and maintain long-lasting candidate relationships. Chris graduated from Ramapo College of NJ with an education in Environmental Studies.
April is based out of Dallas, TX and has been with the company since November 2020. She has 6+ years of recruiting and business development experience. April has recruited in the telecom and engineering industries. She has experience in full-cycle recruiting, business development and account management. She strives to cultivate long-lasting relationships with her candidates. She graduated from University of North TX with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising.
Brian is based out of King of Prussia, PA and has been with the company since November 2025. He brings 4+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on the telecommunications industry. Brian has supported nationwide recruiting efforts for OSP projects, wireless, data center, AV, security and cabling. His experience includes full-cycle recruiting from sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, negotiating offers, completing onboarding requirements and managing contractors throughout their assignments. Brian graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Caitlin is based out of Philadelphia, PA and has been with the company since April 2025. She brings 3+ years of telecom recruiting and staffing industry experience. Caitlin specializes in the full life cycle recruiting process and has extensive experience sourcing and placing OSP and wireless personnel nationwide. She is passionate about connecting candidates with meaningful career opportunities, not just jobs. Caitlin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from West Chester University.
Cierra is based in Boise, ID and has been with the company since April 2026. She specializes in full-cycle recruiting within the telecommunications industry, supporting roles across OSP, fiber and network deployment. She brings previous experience in accounting and finance recruiting, giving her a strong foundation in identifying top talent and building lasting relationships. She is passionate about connecting candidates with meaningful career opportunities and ensuring the right fit. Cierra graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication.
Megan is based out of King of Prussia, PA and has been with the company since March 2021. She came from the Sales and Hospitality industries where she gained her experience in building relationships, Human Resources and customer service. Megan graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Park & Tourism Management.
Cindy is based in King of Prussia, PA and has been with the company since June 2013. She has 20+ years of experience in the staffing industry. Cindy manages everything from human resources, onboarding, contractor care, contracts, billing and payroll. She assists in developing policies and procedures involving office support. Cindy also records and maintains all of our company documents, reports and other records. Cindy graduated from Shippensburg University of PA with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Gerontology with a Minor in Psychology. Then, she went onto get her Master’s degree in Psychology specializing in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from University of the Rockies, Colorado.
Connie is based out of Philadelphia, PA and has been with the company since September 2017. She is involved in all aspects of back office and billing support. She has 10+ years administrative, financial and HR support. Connie has a strong attention to detail and manages client invoicing and assists with the payroll process. Connie graduated with an Associate’s degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from The Boyd School.
